#1I can’t believe that it’s already week 8! It’s been a pleasure being in class with you all and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and expand my horizons. Looking back at everything we studied and learned, as with every course, I already had learned some of it and other parts I had never heard of, but I think the most interesting part for my was the discussion on Quantitative and Qualitative research. I had heard of the different styles before, but this course was the first time I really dug into the difference between the two and the situations each one should be used. Secondly, I really enjoyed looking at ethics section. While we all have a code of ethics for our day to day lives, it is interesting to study how scientists, who are looking for facts not right or wrong, still have to abide by ethical standards in their search for truth. Best of luck to everyone with their remaining classes! For me this is 1 down and 4 to go till I’m finished so I’m almost there.Be safe out there#2 I am not sure if I am the only one to feel the relief of being finished with this class, but man it feels good.  Firstly, Professor Mangeri thank you for being a great professor by always being available when needed, and by providing constructive criticism along the way.  This class was by far the most challenging, time consuming class I have taken thus far.  Conducting literature reviews, extensive research, and reading a ton were all things I have not done.  I learned the difference between quantitative and qualitative research, and the significance of both.  Learning about all of the work that goes into just formulating a research question let alone conducting the research is daunting.  After taking this class I can honestly say that I am more prepared for my senior seminar, a class I am not looking forward to.  Thank you all for your input in forum reviews, that really helped stimulate the understanding for each weeks requirements.  Good luck to you all along the way, and if you need anything I am a message away.
